Salary: Up to £53,000 DOE
Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)

Our client are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to support our high-speed, automated production environment. Whether you\’re an experienced engineer or early in your career, this opportunity offers a clear development path and excellent benefits.
What Youll Be Doing
- Performing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Working with grading machines, pumps, shaft drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, inverters, and drives
- Diagnosing faults and making machine improvements to enhance performance and reliability
- Supporting a small, collaborative team and reporting to the Engineering and Site Services Managers
- Playing a key role in the continued investment and automation of our site
What Were Looking For
- A qualification in engineering (NVQ, BTEC, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
- Background in FMCG, food, or manufacturing is ideal
- Solid foundation in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance (training provided)
- Ability to work on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern (12-hour shifts days and nights)
- Sponsorship available for eligible candidates (Work Visa)

- Salary up to £53,000 (based on experience)
