Multi-Skilled Service Engineer based in Wirral. Up to £50,000, 15% Pension, Overtime, Van, OTE and Laptop. 40 Hour Working Week - Mixture of Workshop and Field Service.

Kingston Barnes is now recruiting an exciting position for a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer for one of our clients working within the Wirral area.

The Company: An innovative and forward-thinking OEM manufacturer in a solid place within their market. They have experienced rapid growth due to the demand for their products across the UK. Following the opening of their new facility, they are now looking to expand their team in the Wirral area.

The Role: The role will require a Multi-Skilled Engineer to undergo pre-planned maintenance across all company machinery. You will be working within fast-paced environments so the ability to work under pressure is key. The role will be a mixture of working in the workshop in Wirral, installation, commissioning and field maintenance of plant machinery across the UK and Ireland.

The Requirements:

  • Electrical or multi-skilled backgrounds
  • Recognised engineering qualification and time served
  • Field Service / Customer Engineering experience (Static site will also be considered if motivations are right)
  • High Speed FMCG machinery experience
  • Recognised Engineering Qualification
  • PLC Understanding
  • Modification/Editing experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, LS/Mitsubishi)
  • Clean license
