Site Manager / Working Foreman (Multi-Trader) Bristol + travel up to 2 hrs | 💷 £300k–£400k projects | Refurb, fit-out & general building We’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager/Working Foreman with multi-trade experience to run refurbishment and fit-out projects in and around Bristol. This is a dual role — you’ll manage on-site operations while also carrying out trade work (roughly 50/50 split). What you’ll do: * Lead and coordinate daily site activities, supervising operatives and subcontractors * Deliver trade work across carpentry, plastering, decorating and other general building tasks * Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently * Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times * Maintain quality, resolve site issues, and keep accurate records * Act as the main point of contact for management, clients, and suppliers What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Site Manager/Foreman with strong trade skills (carpentry, plastering, or decorating especially valued) * Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills * SMSTS or SSSTS required; CSCS essential; PASMA/IPAF desirable * Full UK driving licence + own tools preferred Why join us? * Varied projects (£30k–£400k) across refurbishment, fit-out, and general building * Balance of management responsibility and hands-on trade work * Opportunity to develop your skills in both leadership and multi-trade disciplines * Work with a supportive, professional team with a “can-do” approach
