About the Role:
As Production Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the company\’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production schedules and resources to meet output targets and deadlines.
Uphold and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve KPIs, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
About you:
Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector (food industry preferred).
