Following significant project wins and continued regional growth, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering major new build construction projects across complex environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre construction consultancy professional looking to take ownership of significant schemes, work with major clients and play a key role within a growing regional team delivering some of the South West's most exciting developments.
The Role
You will lead the successful delivery of high value construction projects from inception through to completion, managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to programme.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects through all RIBA stages
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Leading project meetings and reporting processes
- Programme, risk and commercial management
- Managing consultant and contractor teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Driving successful project delivery across multiple schemes
