The Role: Main Duties:
- Develop and optimize new and existing polymeric materials for manufacturing requirements.
- To oversee new product introduction across the production process.
- To introduce, monitor and sign off process improvements through the polyamide extrusion department.
- Assisting with new process set up and development.
