Today they have achieved exactly that, with a team of multi-skilled engineers and an infrastructure which allows its clients to contact them 24/7/365 days a year, they deliver an exceptional service on time every time. Job Opportunity: An opportunity has arisen for a Carpenter/Fabric Engineer with good experience to work throughout the South of Wales covering Newport, Cardiff and Swansea on various commercial contracts and project work. The successful individuals will need to have experience working on own initiative, completing all aspects of building maintenance and general repairs to a high standard. Requirements: * Excellent knowledge and experience * Problem solving providing solutions is essential * Willing to work as an individual and as part of a team * Have excellent communication skills * Basic experience of other trades is desirable. * Have a positive attitude * Must hold a full UK driving license * Participation on an on-call rota * NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry * Carpentry/Joinery: 5 years (required) * Enhanced DBS will be required Annual Salary: 30,000-£34,500 (Depending on experience) Additional Benefits Include: Company Van, Pension, on call premium, Overtime, Tools, Work Phone and Bonus scheme linked to performance.
