Aswell as a great career with great benefits, the company offers: * Excellent training and development opportunities * Career progression within a growing business * A stable and supportive working environment The Role: As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be keeping mechanical equipment running safely and reliably. Duties include: * Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on production machinery to minimise downtime * Work to PPM schedules, liaising with planners to stay on track * Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns * Complete risk assessments, method statements, and permit to work requirements * Support mechanical apprentices * Maintain accurate records and documentation for maintenance tasks Shift Rotation: You will start on day work, before moving to a 3 or 4 shift (8-12 hour shifts) Weekend working will be included once moving to shift. About you: * Completed MAMF apprenticeship with certified competency in lathe and milling machine work (ESSENTIAL) * A strong mechanical maintenance background * Proven experience in manufacturing, ideally materials manufacturing, engineering, or heavy maintenance * Comfortable working rotating shifts on a 24/7 shift pattern * Strong organisational skills * Great communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team Benefits * Starting salary €58,000 rising once on shift between €75,000 - €90,000 * Permanent, full time role with 21 days annual leave. * Eye tests and wellbeing support. * Recognition schemes, including long service. * Pension scheme, with enhanced employer pension contributions. * Death in Service.
