Are you a Quality Engineer or Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Dorset? Kingston Barnes has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer for one of our clients in Dorset. The Quality Engineer is required to improve the quality of the manufacturing process using various quality tools. Full training and development in company and manufacturing systems with excellent starting salary.

The Role: The Quality Engineer is responsible for all aspects of both Quality Management systems, compliance with ISO 9001 standards and Internal & external Quality assurance for the company. The focus on the role is to support the building of a right first-time culture for both internal production and external manufacturing. This role will work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering role, ensuring that all lessons learnt are implemented on future builds and processes are updated to control the way the business works.
The candidate:
- Quality Engineering or Management background
- ISO experience
- Inspection or Assessments
- Degree or HNC ideally
- Plastics experience ideal, not essential
