Kingston Barnes are working exclusively with an engineering establishment in the Dorset area for a Design Engineer who wants to become a pivotal part of the build process !

Working for a start up business that already have contracts secured and now need to deliver on them.

Working within the AI, recognition software and robotics industries as well as housing and supporting tech.

The role

  • Carrying out 2D and 3D design
  • System integration
  • Documentation
  • Customer facing, problem solving
  • Design and Drafting

The Candidate

  • Can take on someone from a graduate with a couple of years right up to a senior design engineer who wants to join a startup
  • Injection Moulding experience is beneficial
  • Design for manufacture is essential
  • Sheet metal/die casting beneficial
  • Integrated electronics into 3rd parties desirable
  • Opportunity to develop into a Product Manager and grow a team

Salary/Details

  • Up to £40,000 starting
  • 25 days + banks
