Kingston Barnes is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Engineering & Manufacturing division and develop the South East market from our Bristol location alongside our existing presence in the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious 360 recruiter who is looking for a new challenge, a fresh market to develop, and the opportunity to build something of their own within an established and thriving team.

With a market covering over 4,000 companies, this is a genuine opportunity to create new relationships, develop a strong client base, and build a successful recruitment desk.

About You

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to candidate delivery
  • Win new business through proven BD activity
  • Take ownership of their market and make a name for themselves
  • Come with experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, or a fast-moving permanent recruitment market
