Kingston Barnes is recruiting for an experienced Installation Electrician to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. The Role
As an Installation Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems and production equipment across the site. Working closely with the Lead Maintenance Engineer and manufacturing teams, you will help ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime and support ongoing improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission electrical circuits in line with the current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Helping out with electrical fault finding, repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
- Support mechanical maintenance activities where required.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
- Assist with plant upgrades, modifications and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update maintenance schedules.
