Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Manager to join our client in the North Somerset area. Working for a family owned organisation that produces over 150 products nationwide across our supermarkets, this is a well-respected and reputable manufacturing company at the heart of North Somerset. An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor to join the team and manage one of the engineering teams on shift.
Responsibilities- Advocate and influence the commitment to people and safety through the development and enforcement of working practices in line with legislative, company and working procedures.
- Manage the development and implementation of tools, techniques and technologies employed to deliver reliability focused asset care for our kit and equipment.
- Coach and mentor others and be proactive in the delivery of the highest standard of asset care through the application of best practice, developed knowledge and technical expertise.
- Coach others to effectively develop skills and knowledge of new processes and technologies to support sustainable asset performance.
- Engineering management experience is essential.
- FMCG experience is essential.
- Electrical bias is essential (Ideally Automation & Control).
Four on four off, 2 days 2 nights.
