Kingston Barnes are acting on behalf of our client and is seeking an experienced, commercially-minded Transport Manager to lead our clients South West logistics operation based at their Portbury Depot on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. In this role, you will take full ownership of the depot's operational efficiency, driver management, and financial performance.
You will lead the South West driving and clerical teams, drive fleet optimization KPIs, and serve as the key point of contact for regional automotive clients all while ensuring absolute legal compliance.
