Location: Avonmouth, BS11
Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
Salary: £16.12 per hour plus holiday pay

We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Production Supervisor to join a busy and successful chilled warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor who is looking for a stable, long-term role with opportunities for progression.
The Role:
- Motivate and lead a team to achieve daily production targets
- Oversee all production operations including planning, scheduling, and quality control
- Ensure production paperwork and records are completed accurately
- Monitor, control, and reduce waste levels
- Attend Line Leader meetings and complete relevant training courses
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment
Requirements:
- Previous Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and positively with team members
- Good knowledge of company procedures and processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
