Are you seeking an HGV Class 2 Driving job in working for a well-run company based in Tewkesbury? Our client is a well-known company with an established reputation in their field, they are a long-standing family business with over 80 years successful history and they are offering a great opportunity for an HGV 2 driver to join their transport team.

Operating from their depot in Tewkesbury, you will be working night shifts. You will be delivering dairy products in pallets, cages to customers ranging from smaller more independent customers to larger distribution centres. You will be completing a range of 4-20 drops per shift and the areas covered are London, as far North as Manchester, South Wales and as far West as Harverford West. Some drops will be forklifted off for you, some may require pallet trucks and tail lift offload. Full training will be provided whether you are newly passed or not, they will show you the routes, how to complete the drops and what needs to be done to access some of the customers premises at night.

Shift pattern & times: You will never be required to work a Saturday night. The rota is a rolling shift pattern, so some weeks you will be required to work Friday & Sunday nights, but you will also have weeks where you have these days off. You will always work 5 days per week and you will always have two days off per week.

Salary: £36,519.52 per year + £20 per week bonus providing there is no damage to the vehicle and this is paid quarterly. You are paid weekly.

Requirements: HGV 2 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, CPC Card.
