Kingston Barnes are recruiting 3.5T Van Delivery Drivers to work for our client based in Avonmouth. The roles are 13 weeks temp to perm which means that you will be offered a permanent contract directly with our client after being employed by our agency for the first 13 weeks.
The roles are working Monday to Friday with occasional overtime available on Saturdays paid at time and a half. The start times will be 6am.
Pay rates:
- Monday to Friday first 8.5 hours - £14.94 per hour
- Monday to Friday overtime after 8.5 hours - £22.41 per hour
- Saturdays - £22.41 per hour
The roles will involve delivering light products to customers' homes (around 20 drops daily) and a valid basic DBS check will be required. There will be no heavy lifting involved.
Candidates will need to have a good level of spoken English, possess great customer service skills and be polite and friendly. A Category B UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences will be required. Due to the location and early starts, you will need to have your own transport to get to work. There is free parking on-site.
