You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a wide range of production equipment across a shift-based operation. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of machinery. You will play a key part in reducing downtime, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance (PPM) Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Respond quickly to breakdowns and production issues Carry out equipment inspections to ensure safe and compliant operation Support installation and commissioning of new equipment Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects Work in line with health
