Kingston Barnes is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for one of our clients in Gainsborough. Our client is a leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry, supplying their products to multiple other manufacturers.

The Role:

  • As part of the maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring plant availability and production efficiency through proactive maintenance and swift resolution of technical challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform planned preventive and reactive maintenance on state-of-the-art machinery.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective controls.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, minimize downtime, and contribute to improvement projects.
  • Maintain detailed records, including PM sheets and system logs, to support seamless operations.
