An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Electrical Technician to join a skilled maintenance team within a fast-paced production facility. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant operations through proactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.
The successful candidate will adopt a multi-skilled approach, working both independently and collaboratively to diagnose and resolve electrical issues within time-sensitive production constraints.
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site equipment
- Diagnose and rectify faults on complex electrical systems using technical drawings
- Work on PLC-controlled systems managing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
- Perform electrical installation work as required
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in electrical fault finding within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience working with PLC-controlled systems (desirable)
- Ideally currently working in a Maintenance Electrical Technician role

- Friday & Saturday: 10:00pm - 10:00am (2 x 12-hour shifts)
- Sunday: 10:00pm - 6:00am (1 x 8-hour shift)
