Kingston Barnes has a great opportunity to join a market leading manufacturer as a Production Supervisor. You will coordinate staff to maximise production whilst maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to promote a strong culture of health, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, risk assessments, PPE requirements and BSI standards.
  • Support employee training, maintain records and deliver toolbox talks and daily performance meetings.
  • Drive production performance to achieve output targets while coordinating effectively with other departments.
  • Maintain high quality standards, complete required documentation and support customer and external audits.
  • Optimise the use of labour, machinery and materials to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
  • Monitor equipment, stock levels and housekeeping standards to ensure smooth operations.
  • Investigate incidents, identify improvements and support actions that enhance safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.
