You will be joining a leading supplier of complex machined components, assemblies, and surface treatments for global aerospace and defence customers.
Profile
You will be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while leading teams to meet production targets. Bringing hands-on CNC machining knowledge to support operations and resolve technical challenges on the shop floor.
**Requirements**
Experience of CNC machining, assembly or precision engineering Experience within aerospace or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
Experience working within an AS9100 quality-controlled environment **Hours** Monday to Thursday 6 – 2, 2 – 10, Fridays 6 – 11, 11 – 4 p.m.
**Salary**
£22.50 - £23.75 per hour including 25% shift premium
