Position Summary
Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new role? This is a great opportunity to join a leading supplier of machined parts to global Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operation of CNC Milling machines
- Installing workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools
- Production of high-quality detail parts
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Adherence to health and safety protocols
- Adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Candidate Profile
- Experienced CNC setter/operator
- Knowledge of Heidenhain & Fanuc controls
- Ability to set work shifts including 4th axis and Trunions
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to resolve common CNC machine issues (tooling problems, etc.)
- Experience using measuring equipment
- Understanding of Geometric dimensions and tolerances
Benefits
- £20.40 per hour including shift allowance, £39,249.60 per year
- Monday–Thursday 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm; Friday 6am–11am, 11am–4pm
