Kingston Barnes is partnering with a leading consultancy to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor / Manager for a flagship £100m advanced manufacturing facility in Bristol. This is not a box ticking role. You will be driving standards on a complex, high value build from start to finish.

The Role

  • You will be the go to H&S lead on site, working closely with the client team, contractor and wider delivery partners.
  • Lead construction Health & Safety across the full project lifecycle.
  • Advise, challenge and influence teams on site.
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation and best practice.
  • Carry out audits, inspections and investigations.
  • Drive a proactive, high performance safety culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in construction H&S on new build projects.
  • Track record on large or complex schemes.
  • Background with a main contractor or construction consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge across the full construction lifecycle.
  • NEBOSH qualified (essential).
