Recruitment Specialists Kingston Barnes Ltd are currently recruiting for a Trainee or Junior Mechanic for a permanent role based in Stroud, Gloucestershire (GL6 Postcode area).
Positions Available: Trainee or Junior Mechanic
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duties: Working with and learning from an experienced team, you will be working as a fitter/mechanic to repair and maintain a growing fleet of vehicles and plant. The work ranges from small items of two-stroke equipment to larger HGVs and construction plant. There will be training, so a trainee or junior Mechanic or newly qualified person would be ideal for this position.
Pay Rate & Hours: £15.00 per hour & 40 hours per week (equates to a salary of £31,200 per year).
Other details: This is a permanent position. Applicants need to be able to drive the company vehicles, so a full driving licence held for over 2 years is essential. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am until 5pm, Friday 8am until 2pm. 20 days holidays per year plus.
