This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in an engineering environment to join a growing team and play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process quality control checks during production, primarily through visual inspection of parts and review of production records.
- Raise non-conformance reports for products that do not meet quality requirements.
- Inspect and review reworked products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Document production process variations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure quality procedures and standards are consistently maintained.
- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with technicians, engineers, and managers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to learn new skills.
