Required: Yes We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a successful motorcycle dealership in Abingdon.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for motorcycles and a strong background in customer service to become an integral part of a busy Aftersales and Service Department.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the service and repair process.

You will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring all work is communicated clearly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

This is a Monday-Friday role, 42.5 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing customer appointments
  • Providing customers with clear updates
    throughout the repair process
  • Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team
  • Preparing and providing accurate estimates and invoices
  • Processing customer payments
  • Managing walk-in customers and enquiries
  • Promoting additional aftersales opportunities where appropriate
  • Supporting the sale of clothing, merchandise and accessories
  • Ensuring parts requirements are met and stock levels are maintained
  • Checking deliveries and storing parts correctly
  • Pre-picking parts for workshop jobs to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded

About You

We are looking for a confident and professional Service Advisor who enjoys working with customers and has a genuine passion for motorcycles.

Previous experience within a service, aftersales, automotive or motorcycle environment would be highly advantageous.

Experience working with premium or high-end brands would also be beneficial.

You will ideally have

  • Proven customer service experience
