As an Education and Training Pharmacy Technician at Kingston Hospital, you will play a vital role in shaping our Pharmacy team. Your responsibilities include leading, supporting, and guiding students and apprentices through Level 2 and Level 3 training, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.

You will collaborate with the Dispensary Manager and the wider team to identify training needs and deliver engaging CPD sessions. Additionally, you will support Technicians through their ACPT, PS, and ES training pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead education and training for students, apprentices, and Technicians.
  • Deliver CPD sessions and promote continuous learning.
  • Support Technicians through ACPT, PS, and ES training.
  • Collaborate with the Dispensary Manager and Lead Education & Training Senior Pharmacist.
  • Act as the Education & Professional Development (EPD) and ES for Technicians.
