We are looking for a Website Platform Manager based at either our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, UK, or our Wroclaw site in Poland. This is a full time permanent position, with hybrid working available, you will be able to commute to your nearest site ideally twice a week. As the Website Platform Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, performance, and evolution of our global website platform, which combines a headless CMS with an integrated Logik-powered product hub. You will ensure the platform delivers a seamless, high-quality experience for customers, supports global marketing needs, and meets enterprise performance, security, and scalability standards. Responsibilities of our Website Platform Manager Platform Ownership Serve as the primary owner for the global website platform, overseeing its content management system, product hub integration, and related services. Maintain the platform roadmap, balancing global business priorities, regional needs, and technical improvements. Business continuity planning. Technical Oversight Liaise with development partners and internal IT to manage deployments, updates, and integrations (Logik, PIM, DAM, CRM, analytics). Monitor Core Web Vitals, SEO performance, and accessibility compliance, and drive technical optimization initiatives. Manage platform security, data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and uptime. Governance & Workflows Develop and enforce governance policies for content publishing, quality standards, and approval workflows. Provide CMS training and support for global and regional content teams. Data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and cookie & consent management. Domain & DNS Management (e.g SSL certification) Cyber security operations including vulnerability management and penetration testing. Regulatory compliance in local markets. Code quality & security including release management and change controls. Data & Optimization Business intelligence. Manage analytics and reporting for site performance, engagement, and conversions. CDN Management & optimisation including cache strategy. Content & UX Management Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI design, and technical teams to continuously optimise customer journeys. Vendor & Budget Management Manage relationships with platform vendors, hosting providers, and agency partners. Oversee platform-related budgets, contracts, and renewals. What we are looking for in our Website Platform Manager: You will have: Proven experience leading global website projects and/or re-platforming to a headless CMS. Deep familiarity with MarTech tools (e.g. GA4, Dynamics 365, Click dimensions, hubspot, CMS/PIM systems). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams and vendors. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-language website platforms, preferably headless CMS setups (Storyblok, Hygraph, or similar). Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and API integrations. Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, composable platforms, and content federation. Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, IT, and technical teams. Excellent verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement. Excellent decision-making in matrix environments. Demonstrate ongoing professional development. Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit: A degree or equivalent in a marketing/digital discipline. Experience of building products and / or manufacturing with a complex product environment. Experience with personalistion, and lead scoring / attribution frameworks. Change Management or digital transformation experience. Comfortable navigating a decentralised/global organisational structure.
