We are looking to recruit a Senior Operative (internally known as a No1) for our Optim-R line. You will provide support and assistance to the Line Leader in order to enable the meeting of production targets and effective management of the team.
You will be pro-active in coordinating with the Line Leader in maintaining and improving upon; H&S, production, scrap, KPIs and OEE performance.
