Overview of the Sales Office Supervisor role
We are looking for a Sales Office Supervisor based in Glossop, this is a full time permanent position working 39 hours per week. You will be reporting into the Sales Office Manager, and will be processing customer enquiries through to sales orders for either the Basildon or Turnhout sites, for the two market sectors; HVAC and Industrial GB&I.
You will be directing enquiries through to the relevant technical service department to provide an insulation solution.
Responsibilities of our Sales Office Supervisor
- Stock checking or ATP check
- Costing and quotation generation
- Code creation
- Credit control check
- Order generation in SAP, processing through production and logistics
- Ensuring all supporting documentation is saved and stored correctly
- Involved in new business generation
- Project management at a sales pricing level
- Database Management
- Invoice query resolution
- Generating credit/debit notifications.
- Cover the sales office manager role for holidays and sickness
What we are looking for in our Sales Officer Supervisor:
You will have:
- Experience of working in a sales administration/coordinator role.
- Experience of working within a Sales department.
- Experience in the use of SAP.
- Experience of working with various IT programs e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent level of numeracy
