Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business performance? We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping financial decision-making across the organisation. In this influential position, you will work closely with stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, commercial guidance, and strategic support to help drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. This is a permanent opportunity working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of our Senior Finance Business Partner:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business from all functions.
- Evolve the FP&A support that we currently offer to the business, especially commercially.
- Finance Business Partner & Management Accountant.
- Learning & Development plans for the team.
- Identifying balance sheet risks & opportunities.
- Assisting the FC to identify and build stronger processes across the Finance function to ensure better financial control & efficiencies.
- Reviewing and approving employee payrolls.
- Key contact for internal and external audit to ensure information being shared is clear and conscious.
- Deputise for the Financial Controller where appropriate.
What we are looking for in our Senior Finance Business Partner:
- An accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience working in a Finance Manager role within Kingspan or another company.
- Demonstrate ongoing professional development.
- Experienced in the use of SAP or another Accounting system.
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills including MS Word and Excel.
