The ideal candidate will be a Salesforce Certified Architect with expertise in Salesforce CRM, Field Service, and Revenue Cloud (RCA) or Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive technical excellence while aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical support engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth. Salesforce Architecture & Strategy: Design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring best practices, security, and compliance. Technical Support Oversight: Manage and optimize the Salesforce technical support team to resolve issues efficiently and improve system reliability. Project Execution & Delivery: Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce advancements and drive innovation within the organization by recommending and implementing new features and enhancements. Governance & Compliance: Establish governance processes to ensure system stability, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Integration & Customization: Guide the development and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless workflows and data consistency. Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience: Salesforce Certified Architect (Application, Technical, or System Architect) required. Proven experience in managing Salesforce technical teams, including developers and support staff. Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Field Service, and RCA or CPQ. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) and integration (APIs, MuleSoft, etc.). ·Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive execution. Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience Experience with DevOps tools and Jira Familiarity with AI and automation tools within Salesforce. Prior experience in a customer service or field service environment.
