We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail‑oriented Data Centre Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of data centre projects across our division. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the centre of complex, high‑value projects, collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, commissioning, operations teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Delivery
    • Monitor and track all live data centre projects using project management tools
    • Coordinate project schedules, activities, and deliverables across multiple teams
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and trackers
    • Ensure deadlines are met and progress is clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners regarding RFIs, queries, and requests
    • Facilitate cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment
    • Organise and lead project meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Support
    • Support vendor coordination, submittals, and delivery schedules
    • Monitor long‑lead items and proactively identify risks to timelines
    • Assist with logistics coordination to protect project delivery
  • Reporting & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate records of live projects and global leads in Salesforce
    • Produce weekly and monthly project status reports
    • Track pipeline activity, project values, and progress for leadership reporting
  • Project Closeout
    • Assist in the preparation of O&M manuals and handover documentation
    • Ensure commissioning records and closeout reports are complete
    • Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management within a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving ability
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, MS Project, Power BI, or similar
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong technical aptitude with an interest in data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, networking)
  • Willingness to travel as required

Desirable

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or project management discipline
  • Experience working across multiple regions or sites
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Customer‑facing or sales experience
  • Additional European language skills (e.g. German, French, or Nordic languages)
