Kingspan Light, Air + Water is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Ecommerce Department. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand visibility, and boost customer engagement and sales within our ecommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, and collaborative professional with a passion for digital marketing and proven expertise in ecommerce environments. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the ecommerce department to increase website traffic, elevate brand awareness, and drive online sales and customer engagement. Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize organic and paid content across social media platforms to support ecommerce campaign goals and boost online conversions. Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and refine email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, leveraging segmentation, automation, and performance tracking to enhance customer retention and ecommerce sales. Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with SEO and PPC teams to align organic and paid channel efforts, optimizing ecommerce performance and driving traffic to online platforms. Website Optimization: Update and enhance ecommerce website content, including banners, landing pages, and product descriptions, to improve user experience, conversion rates, and SEO outcomes. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce-specific KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo dashboards, and social media insights to inform data-driven decisions and optimize online performance. Trend Identification: Proactively identify trends and insights within the ecommerce space to optimize marketing spend, campaign effectiveness, and online sales strategies. Strategic Contribution: Participate in strategic planning for the ecommerce department, offering innovative ideas and creative input for monthly campaigns and long-term growth initiatives to drive online success. Industry Awareness: Stay current with emerging digital marketing and ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the online marketplace. Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, with specific experience in an ecommerce environment driving online sales and customer engagement. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, content management systems (Shopify an advantage), and social media tools tailored for ecommerce applications. Core Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics, with a focus on ecommerce optimization. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and solve problems to enhance ecommerce performance. Creativity: Innovative thinking and outstanding content creation skills to develop compelling campaigns and materials that drive online engagement and conversions. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and professionally within an ecommerce context. Project Management: Capability to independently manage multiple ecommerce projects while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
