About the role
Are you a master of organisation with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join our dynamic team as a Scheduling Co-Ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in planning and managing engineering schedules across the UK and Ireland. Always ensuring business KPIs are met, whilst maintaining a high-quality standard of customer service and delivery.
What Youll Be Doing
- Scheduling of remote based service and repair engineers across the UK and Ireland
- Efficiently schedule the service engineers day to day routes, adhering to the company SLA policy
- Work towards stipulated KPI targets to achieve maximum productivity
- Manage telephone and email communication
- Where required, arrange the engineers accommodation
- Communicate with the internal and external teams to achieve the best possible experience for our customers
- Follow and adhere to the scheduling procedures & guidelines, as laid out by the Senior Scheduler

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in logistics or scheduling
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
- Clear and confident communication style
- Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Team player with a customer-first attitude
Desirable
- Familiarity with Infor LN or similar scheduling software
