Join Our Team as a Part Sales Executive! Are you a confident communicator with a flair for sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Were looking for a Part Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Portadown site. This role is key in helping us drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and grow our parts business across Northern Ireland and beyond. What Youll Be Doing: Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email Proactively calling existing customers and potential new accounts Processing customer orders accurately using our internal systems (including Sage) Building long-term relationships with key accounts and internal teams Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the Service department Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer records Promoting a strong culture of compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction What Were Looking For: Essential: Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths. Previous experience in a sales or telesales role Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage Desirable: Degree-level education Technical understanding of mechanical parts or Kingspan product range What we offer: Holiday entitlement33 days per year (including holidays) Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home after training period Health & Wellness: Discounted gym memberships, eye tests, and 24/7 virtual health services.
