You will deliver exceptional service, leveraging technical expertise and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and company procedures. As a Service Engineer, you will tackle diverse tasks in an environment that values growth. What We Offer
- Annual Leave: 24 days plus public holidays.

- Tools Provided: Company van and tablet.
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (42 hours/week).
- Lunch Allowance.
- Overtime Rates: Time and a third (Mon-Fri outside regular hours); Time and a half on optional Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tasks using PDA software and provide customers with accurate updates.
- Service a wide range of market leading sewage treatment plants and pump chambers.
- Conduct electrical tests on control units.
- Conduct visual risk assessments and escalate concerns as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service, discussing service plans and upgrades onsite.
- Perform inventory checks for van and lockup stock.
- Plan efficient travel routes using SATNAV.
- Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition.
Essential Criteria
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Physically fit for the job (medical assessment may apply).
- Clean driving license.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and PDA software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in challenging environments.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with the wastewater industry, including sewage systems.
