We are seeking Customer Service Sales Advisors to join our team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain high accuracy in order processing, including managing credit card transactions.
- Retain commercial contract customers and develop strategies to foster strong, lasting relationships.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Service Manager.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future growth.
- Track and record sales activities to monitor performance.
- Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kingspan's products and services.
- Provide exceptional, professional service to both internal and external customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Ideally 1-2 years experience; training provided.
- Call Centre experience desirable.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficient in IT and computer systems.
