We are seeking Customer Service Sales Advisors to join our team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers via phone and email. We provide industry-leading products for water management, storage, and telematics systems for high-performance buildings and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Maintain high accuracy in order processing, including managing credit card transactions.
  • Retain commercial contract customers and develop strategies to foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Service Manager.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future growth.
  • Track and record sales activities to monitor performance.
  • Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kingspan's products and services.
  • Provide exceptional, professional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Ideally 1-2 years experience; training provided.
  • Call Centre experience desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in IT and computer systems.
