You will deliver exceptional service, leveraging technical expertise and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and company procedures. As a Service Engineer, you will tackle diverse tasks in an environment that values growth. What We Offer

  • Annual Leave: 24 days plus public holidays.

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (42 hours/week).

  • Overtime Rates: Time and a third (Mon-Fri outside regular hours); Time and a half on optional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tasks using PDA software and provide customers with accurate updates.
  • Service a wide range of market leading sewage treatment plants and pump chambers.
  • Conduct electrical tests on control units.
  • Conduct visual risk assessments and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, discussing service plans and upgrades onsite.
  • Perform inventory checks for van and lockup stock.
  • Plan efficient travel routes using SATNAV.
  • Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition.

Essential Criteria

  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Physically fit for the job (medical assessment may apply).
  • Clean driving license.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and PDA software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in challenging environments.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Familiarity with the wastewater industry, including sewage systems.
