About the Role:
We\’re seeking a skilled Mould Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering Team at Kingspan\’s Williton site. Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, you\’ll play a key role in proactive tool maintenance and repairs to keep our operations running smoothly.
What You\’ll Do:
- Carry out routine maintenance and planned repairs on tools and moulds
- Perform regular tool checks and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work
- Follow all health and safety protocols
What We\’re Looking For:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics OR Significant relevant experience of working in a manufacturing/production position.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment
- NVQ or relevant engineering background
- Experience in fabrication and metalwork is a plus
- Strong practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environment
- Organised, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime when needed
