Join our fast-paced and growing Ecommerce business unit where customer experience and sales success go hand in hand. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to help drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service day in, day out. As a Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our business, assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email. You will handle sales enquiries, process orders across multiple channels (including B2B), provide bespoke quotations, and liaise closely with both customers and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer sales enquiries across our product ranges
- Process and manage customer orders, including B2B transactions
- Provide tailored quotations and proforma invoices, following up to drive sales
- Verify sales order acknowledgements and coordinate with suppliers for accuracy
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders
- Provide technical product information with support from internal teams and manufacturing partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service to support strong customer loyalty and repeat business
- Work collaboratively to meet team sales targets and business objectives
- Assist with sales administration and other projects as needed
What We Are Looking For:
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Minimum two years in a sales/customer-facing role (e.g., call center, helpdesk)
- Strong communication skills, with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat) effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Key Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional telephone manner
- Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
