Job Overview:
Join our team as an Sales Advisor and become a key player in orchestrating a delightful customer journey post-purchase. In this dynamic role, you\βll track and enhance the customer experience, ensuring seamless interaction across multiple channels and platforms. By liaising effectively with Production, Transport, and Sales teams, you\βll tackle challenges head-on, significantly boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the lead point of contact for your assigned territories and associated Key Accounts and Klargester Accredited Installers
- Manage incoming sales calls and email enquiries, receive and process incoming sales orders
- Make outgoing proactive sales calls to potential customers
- Generate quotations and respond to tender documents, follow up on these as appropriate
- Work with the Sales Office Manager to agree, manage and report on key KPI\βs including, enquiries, quotes won/lost, sales pipeline for your assigned territories
- Work with the ASMs to proactively develop Key
