If you have honed your skills in building management, labouring, or manufacturing, and have a knack for working with hand tools, this role is your chance to shine. You will be crafting high-quality products that make a difference, from water treatment tanks to advanced sustainable solutions, all while collaborating with a team that values integrity, accountability, and innovation.
What You Will Do:
- Manufacture Specialty Equipment: Produce water treatment tanks, pump stations, separators, and explore new product assemblies.
- Precision Workmanship: Follow technical drawings for component and finished goods assembly, involving cutting, drilling, laminating, and steel fabrication.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold top-notch cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards in all operations.
- Team Values: Embody our core principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Courage.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment operating heavy machinery.
- Practical knowledge of assembly techniques consistent with the company product range.
- Experience in using hand tools including drills.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
- Ability to accurately measure and document production activities.
- Mature attitude to work which encompasses Health Safety, Quality.
- Thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Effective Time Management.
- Previous forklift training (desirable).
- Driver's License: A full clean UK driving license.
