We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping financial decision‑making across the organisation. In this influential position, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, commercial guidance, and strategic support to help drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business from all functions.
- Provide timely, accurate and insightful information to assist stakeholders with decision making.
- Evolve the FP&A support that we currently offer to the business, especially commercially.
- Challenge key stakeholders where necessary with the aim of improving margins and efficiencies.
- Line manage 2 direct reports: Finance Business Partner & Management Accountant.
- Build a strong team ethos and ensure all processes are effective and efficient.
- Learning & Development plans for the team.
- Succession Planning.
- Identifying balance sheet risks & opportunities.
- Super user for the new consolidation system Tagetik.
- Assisting the FC to identify and build stronger processes across the Finance function to ensure better financial control & efficiencies.
- Performing checks and approving vendor.
