Maintenance Engineer/Technician (Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-skilled)

Kingspan Insulated Panels is looking for a Maintenance Engineer/Technician (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-skilled) to join our busy Engineering Team at Holywell.

In this role, you’ll be key to keeping our site running smoothly, ensuring machinery is maintained to the highest standard and supporting continuous improvement across our Fire Test Centre, PV Assembly, Powder Coat Facility and Shop 1.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carry out electrical and mechanical planned maintenance and repair activities
  • Support installation, modification and upgrade of machinery and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with HS&E, quality and business standards
  • Diagnose and resolve faults to maximise uptime and product quality
  • Work closely with Plant Engineers to develop schedules, manage spares and drive efficiency
  • Mentor Apprentices and support team training
  • Contribute to RCI and improvement projects across the site

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a hands-on engineering role
  • HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering
  • Experience with Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Automated systems
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, safety-first approach and a positive “can-do” mindset
