We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Account Pricing Co-Ordinator to join our Quotations team.

This is a key role responsible for managing day-to-day pricing within a designated geographical area, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and excellent customer service.

You will be the first point of contact for pricing requests, working closely with the Area Sales Manager and internal teams to deliver timely and accurate quotations, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Triage inbound emails.
  • Log number of orders & metreage for price list customers.
  • Work through self-set tasks and updating CRM system.
  • Issue quotations & follow up including information gathering.
  • General housekeeping of CRM system.
  • Forecast & monitor opportunities in your area to establish successful contractors, and in conjunction with your Area Sales Manager negotiate with contractors to secure orders (optimising sales and contribution).
  • Meeting and achieving KPI’s with motivation and enthusiasm to surpass expectations.
  • Providing support and holiday cover for other members of the team.
  • Perform any other duties associated tasks as required by management or the needs of the business.
  • Assist Project Manager in tracking business requirements against system build.
  • Liaise with the businesses and third parties on outbound integrations from the PIMsystem.
  • Liaise with the businesses to draw out high-level requirements for the PIM system.

  • Sales experience, building customer relations & negotiating alongside good business acumen.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, both written & verbal.
  • Be approachable, authentic, and keeping perspective. Values genuine relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask & work to strict deadlines within a busy, demanding office whilst paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to deal with all levels of personnel within the organisation.
  • The ability to remain professional and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • The ability to work independently as well as provide support to team.
