We are looking for a Sales Office Supervisor to join our team in Glossop, on a full time basis working 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities of our Sales Office Supervisor:
- Handling and pricing sales enquiries.
- Liaising with the external sales team.
- Providing excellent service to customers at all times.
- Undertaking stock checks on SAP.
- Liaising with planning to provide accurate delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked items.
- Processing and checking all orders scheduled within your area.
- Helping to meet daily budgets for your own geographical area.
- Communicating with the transport team to ensure that the customer receives the order on time and in full.
- Efficiently processing complaints, returns and credit requests.
- Raising quotations and logging on the database.
What we are looking for in our Sales Office Supervisor:
- You will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Keen to build customer relationships.
- Time-keeping.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Team player.
Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit: Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not essential as training will be given.
