Commercial Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

The role has a Commercial FP&A bias and key to that would be:

• Maintain robust rolling financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
• Conduct monthly analysis of sales and margin variances, providing commentary to drive performance improvements.
• Manage Customer price lists, Commission programmes and Warranty reporting.
• Manage weekly cashflow analysis and forecasting.

In addition:

• Support the Financial Controller with preparation and submission of Monthly Reporting Packs to strict Group deadlines.
• Supervision of AR & AP team.
• Provide backup support for Financial Controller as needed, ensuring smooth departmental operations.

Requirements

• - Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or similar
• - Have experience in a Management Accountant/FP&A role in a large corporate environment.
• - Immediately available to start the position or short notice period
• - Can be independent and ability to use own initiative
• - Experience working in a busy finance team environment and to tight deadlines
• - Proficient with Microsoft Office
• - Strong attention to detail
• - SAP accounting & Tagetik reporting experience beneficial but not essential
